Inchworm (walkouts) with a twist guide
- Stand upright and straight
- Bend over and place your palms on the floor. Keep the palms as close to your feet as possible
- Move your hands forward to the furthest point you are capable to reach the twist your torso to the right then to the left
- Move your hands back to the starting position to make a complete rep and keep repeating this movement
Trainer’s tips
- Legs should be kept straight so as to avoid sagging of the hips and to avoid straining the spine
- Hands should be stretched to the furthest point of your reach and carefully so as not to lose your stability
- Maintain a static position of the toes
