- Start with your palms and knees in contact with the surface such that arms are under your shoulders and knees under your hips
- Raise your right arm and place it at the back of your head
- Stretch your left leg to extend at the back and make a rotation of your torso to your right side
- Let your left leg bend as you pull your right-hand elbow towards the left leg knee and crunch
- Repeat the procedure and alternate sides
