    You say avoid spinach in your #14. and at the link “hormone-balancing foods” you have spinach listed as the #2 food to eat for balancing hormones. It is confusing. LOL

      Good point, Anand! I have edited #14 to clarify my point. As I explain, these foods only affect thyroid function in people with iodine deficiency. They don’t hinder thyroid function in healthy individuals.
