- Sit on a mat and bend your knees. Put your feet together and your hands behind you.
- Lift your hips, kick your left leg upwards and touch it using your right hand.
- Return the left leg on the mat, kick the right leg upwards and touch the right foot using the left hand.
- Repeat this exercise alternating legs to complete the set.
