- Stand upright and keep your feet hip-width apart. Hold one dumbbell with both hands.
- Keep the knees slightly bent and the lift the dumbbell over your left shoulder.
- Tighten your abdominal muscles and then quickly swing and bring it close to your right thight as you tighten your abdominal muscles.
- Quickly return the dumbbell to starting position and then swing it again.
- Complete reps for one side before switching sides.
